Ingrid Prueher
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Ingrid Prueher is the founder of Yoga 4 Everybody Healing Foundation, a nonprofit created from both professional experience and deeply personal connection. As the owner of Yoga 4 Everybody and a practitioner with over two decades in holistic wellness, Ingrid has spent her career helping individuals regulate their nervous systems, find rest, and feel supported in their bodies. She is a Reiki Master, yoga teacher, and holistic sleep coach whose work has been featured in national media and has supported families through all stages of life.
The creation of the Healing Foundation is rooted in Ingrid’s personal journey. Cancer has touched nearly every corner of her family with her mother, father, sister, both maternal grandparents, aunt, uncle and father-in-law all having faced diagnoses. She has also supported close friends through their own experiences, including the loss of some she deeply loved. Through these experiences, Ingrid witnessed not only the physical impact of Cancer, but the emotional and energetic toll it takes on both individuals and the people who care for them.
The Yoga 4 Everybody Healing Foundation was created to offer what she saw was often missing: a gentle, supportive space where individuals undergoing treatment can simply rest, receive, and feel held without expectation, pressure, or cost. Through free group sessions that include gentle yoga, Reiki, and sound-based experiences, Ingrid’s intention is to create a calm and compassionate environment that supports emotional well-being and nervous system regulation during a time that can feel overwhelming. This work isn’t about changing anyone’s journey. It’s about offering presence, care, and a moment of peace within it.
